Housed in one of the most centric locations in the heart of Santo Domingo, our contact center is just minutes away from several of the main universities and academic institutions in the city, and close to two of the main transportation routes in the metropolitan area; guaranteeing us easy and quick access to the most qualified multi-lingual workforce available.

To ensure uninterrupted service, we have 3 fully redundant backup power generators. Our building also has 24/7 security, controlled access, ample designated parking, and easy access.
